Featuring a monoblock Flow Formed construction and a deep concave profile, the Shogun is built to handle demanding off-road environments with confidence. Available in 16-inch and 17-inch diameters with offsets ranging from -38 mm to +20 mm, the Shogun offers fitment options suited for a wide variety of off-road builds. The Shogun is manufactured using an advanced production method known as Flow Formed Technology (FFT). During this process, the wheel rim is forged under high pressure while rotating at high speed, refining the alloy’s molecular structure and improving overall strength. Compared to conventional cast wheels, the Flow Formed process produces a significantly lighter wheel, with much of the weight reduction focused on the outer rim to help reduce rotational mass and enhance overall vehicle performance.
