The Black Rhino Rapid is one of the brand’s most versatile wheel designs. Featuring a full-bodied monoblock construction and a classic multi-spoke profile, the Rapid combines performance-focused styling with a rugged off-road attitude. A carefully sculpted stepped lip and engraved Black Rhino detailing further emphasize its performance-oriented character, making it a strong companion for off-road adventures and everyday builds alike. The wheel’s subtle yet aggressive design language is reflected through a range of finishes, including Midnight Blue, Matte Bronze, Matte Brushed Gunmetal, and Matte Black. Available in 17-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch sizes with both 5-lug and 6-lug bolt patterns, the Rapid is designed to suit a wide variety of trucks and off-road vehicles. The Rapid is manufactured using an advanced process known as Flow Formed Technology (FFT). During production, the wheel rim is forged under high pressure while spinning at high speed, refining the molecular structure of the alloy and increasing overall strength. Compared to traditional cast wheels, the Flow Formed process produces a significantly lighter wheel, with much of the weight reduction concentrated in the outer rim area to help reduce rotational mass and improve vehicle performance.
